Run Club
Adelaide
Every Thursday at 6:30 pm, Elder Park. Five or eight kilometres along the Torrens. Free, every pace. Not running from it. Running through it.
It may not look like much: a group of people by the river on a Thursday night. But most of us started running to get away from something. We kept running because, together, it became the opposite: a reason to show up.
We run when it's hard, when it's raining, when we'd rather not. No sign-up, no fee, no one left at the back. Some people run to escape. We run to stay.

Meet
Names, new faces, pick your distance. If it's your first time, say hi and we'll put you with the right group.
Go
We head out along the Torrens. Each group has someone running at the back, so nobody finishes alone.
Finish
Same spot we left from. Stretch, photo, and the next route announced on Instagram.
Coffee
Nobody leaves straight away. A drink together is half the reason the club exists.
Paces
5 km · relaxed
Conversational pace, around 6:00 per kilometre. Perfect if you're new to running, coming back from a break, or just want company.
8 km · steady
Around 5:15 per kilometre. Steady effort, still together. For people who run a few times a week and want a group to push with.
